The most effective Internet recruitment ads contain the employer's logo and activated links for web addresses and email responses.  These elements are included in our pricing so be sure to include them in your ads.  Please forward your logo as a GIF or JPEG file or provide the URL where we can fetch the logo.

Single Posting: (All Postings Are For 60 Days)

• A single posting is an ad containing one job description posted to a single category.

• Price = $150.00

• For placement in additional categories add $25.

• Call for pricing on ads containing multiple positions.

Post an ad at jobs40plus.com AND diversitylink.com --- $250  -- this is a savings of $50 per ad if placed at both sites.

How To Submit Job Postings
Single job postings should be forwarded via email to pbservices@earthlink.net with "Job Posting" in the subject line.  In addition to the text of the ad we require the following information --1) a purchase order number or other form of authorization, if utilized by your organization; 2) name, email address and phone number of the person responsible for the posting; 3) complete billing instructions; 4) a designated category [or categories] in which to place the ad; 5) indicate whether placement is to be made to both jobs40plus.com and diversitylink.com.

Ads will be posted within 24 hours of receipt and invoices issued promptly.  Our terms are 30 days.

Job Posting/Membership Packages:

Effective Internet recruiting requires a continuous presence at the site (sites) of your choice.  Our "packages" give your organization that presence through one or both of the following options:

• Profile and Link -- includes your name in our database, either "Search Companies" or "Search Colleges/Universities", with a link to your organization's "Profile" --- with a link to the employment page at "your" website --- thus allowing our visitors to view the job postings at your website.  Please visit http://www.jobs40plus.com/1001/fcompanies.htm  and select an organization from either menu to see how this feature works.
  Price = $300 per year
   
• Featured Employer --  includes your logo prominently placed on our "Featured Employers" page with a link to your "Profile" ---- with a link to the employment page at "your" website --- thus allowing our visitors to view the job postings at your website.   Price = $150 per month (12 month minimum)

These packages include the placement of individual job postings at the reduced rate of $75 per posting. Post to both DiversityLink.com and Jobs40Plus.com for $125 per posting.

NOTE: See "Single Posting" above for ads with multiple positions and for ad placement in more than one category.

Written authorization (via US mail or electronic mail) is required for the purchase of any posting "package".  Fees for packages will be billed upon acceptance of the order and are due and payable within 30 days of our invoice.  Late payment may result in the cancellation of the contract.
